Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur has died after a long battle with cancer, DailyMail.com has learned.  The 66-year-old passed away at her home in Montgomery, Texas on Sunday, November 18.   Arthur was the only surviving parent of the famous playmate after her father Donald Hogan, 62, died of lung cancer in 2009.  Anna Nicole, who died of a drug overdose aged 39 in 2007, would have turned 51 this Wednesday.
