Scottie Pippen is said to have filed for full custody of his four children and demanded his prenuptial agreement with wife of 20 years Larsa be amended.
The NBA great, 51, filed for divorce last week amid claims police were called to his Florida home twice this past month before the legal filing due to 'domestic disturbance'.
Now court documents reveal Mr Pippen has asked for 'ultimate responsibility' of the couple's children Scottie Jr, Preston, Justin and Sophia, according toRadarOnline.

'The Husband requests that this Court…allocates parental responsibility whereby the Husband is awarded ultimate responsibility over issues relating to education, health care, and general welfare of the minor children,' Scottie's attorney wrote in a filing to Broward County Circuit Court.
The documents also reveal the NBA star wants to relocate the children to Chicago from their Miami home.
'If the Petition…is not granted, then it is in the minor children's best interests that the Husband be awarded the majority of timesharing with the minor children during the pendency of this action and permanently thereafter,' his attorney wrote.
Mr Pippen, who is worth an estimated $50 million, pleaded with the court to not demand he pay alimony to his wife Larsa.
In addition, it is claimed he requested the right to 'amend' the couple's prenup.

A day after it emerged that basketball star Scottie had filed for divorce from his wife of nearly 20 years, TMZ revealed that officers had attended the Florida home the couple share.
On October 2 police responding to a call found Kim Kardashian's BFF Larsa, 42, awaiting their arrival in a vehicle outside the home following what she described as a verbal altercation.
Officers spoke to Scottie who said Larsa could reenter the home, but she spent the night elsewhere, the website reports.
Then on October 4 police again attended the home following a call. No arrests were made on either occasion.
The revelation comes after Friday's shock news that Scottie, 51, had filed for divorce from the mother of his four youngest children, a reality star who has appeared on shows including Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Soon after a rep for Larsa released a statement to UsWeekly: 'After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage.
'Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their four beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect.'
It was added: 'She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family.'
Scottie - who has played with the Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets - filed divorce documents in Florida, according to court papers. According to People, Larsa was notified of the filing the night before.
In September they looked comfortbale together as they attended New York Fashion week with daughter Sophia. They both wore their wedding rings.

In addition to Sophia they have Scotty Jr, Justin and Preston. Last week Larsa shared a photo with all four kids in Europe but Scottie was noticeably absent.
Scottie also has three children from previous relationships. He was married to Karen McCollum from 1988 until 1990.
Also on Friday their Ft Lauderdale home in Florida had a For Sale sign out front.
In 2012 they talked to Chicago Splash about their marriage.

Scottie added, 'We're in it all the way. That's what makes it work, two people who are willing to commit themselves.'
Scottie has accumulated an estimated lifetime earnings reported at around $120 millon. But he has also made bad investments. He unsuccessfully sued his former law firm for mismanaging his money which led to the loss of around $27 million of Pippen's money. He also allegedly spent wildly on planes and mansions.

Larsa has not only appeared on Kim's show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, but also the Bravo series The Real Housewives Of Miami.
On KUWTK she memorably joined Kim for a stripper-pole workout. She also attended Kim and Kanye West's wedding in Italy.
Kim has said about Larsa: 'I always call Larsa for parenting advice! I have learned so much from her.'
Larsa and her family almost starred in their own reality show on the WE network called Big Pippen in 2012, but it did not make it.
Scottie, who used to play for the Chicago Bulls, now works for the Bulls as a special advisor to the team's president and COO. 'I feel like the people in Chicago are really grounded,' Larsa told the Chicago Sun-Times. 'It's better for our family.'
